Innovations in Coloproctology, 21-23 June 2023, Berlin

On 21-23 June THD was in Berlin at the Krankenhaus Waldfriede Hospital to participate in the VII edition of the Innovations in Coloproctology Conference.

On 21st - 23rd June THD was in Berlin at the Krankenhaus Waldfriede Hospital to participate in the VII edition of the “Innovations in Coloproctology” conference.

Every year this conference sees the participation of renowned colorectal surgeons from all over the world. During the event, lecturers with extensive experience in the management of colorectal disorders present the latest and most advanced techniques in colorectal surgery.

Live broadcasts of surgeries and video sessions were offered with the aim of improving surgical skills in daily practice.

In particular, on 22 June one Live Surgery on THD® Doppler for Anolift technique for the treatment of haemorrhoids was performed by Dr. Pasquale Giordano and one Live Surgery on THD® SphinKeeper procedure for the treatment of faecal incontinence was performed by Prof. Cavazzoni on the same day.

Moreover, on 23 June Dr. Carlo Vivaldi illustrated the importance of anal cancer screening and the advantages of THD® HRStation, THD latest innovation for the early diagnosis and treatment of anal precancerous lesions.

The event proved a great success and was an opportunity to meet with renowned experts to share perspectives and insights on new technologies and approaches for the management of colorectal disorders.

It was also an occasion to present the advantages of THD® HRStation and THD® Laser Station, THD latest innovation for the early diagnosis and treatment of anal precancerous lesions.
