This year, the scientific program focused on the most innovative technologies in the field of colorectal surgery, including the applications of artificial intelligence and the analysis of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).

Recent developments in the treatment of colon and rectal cancer, colorectal surgery, and the management of inflammatory bowel diseases were also discussed.

Particularly interesting was the satellite symposium held on May 19, curated by Prof. Emanuel Cavazzoni, titled “Diagnosis and Treatment of Anal Precancerous Lesions (AIN): High Resolution Anoscopy: Tools, Methodology and Interpretations.”

This event generated significant interest, attracting a large audience of healthcare professionals.

THD was in Antalya to present the latest innovations in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal and pelvic floor disorders.
